HOUSE RULES

 

RoseHill Pilates Studio

The purpose of the House Rules of the RoseHill Pilates Studio is to ensure a harmonious, safe, and cultured environment for clients, instructors, and other persons present at the studio. Furthermore, these House Rules prescribe the fundamental rules governing the proper use and appropriate operation of the studio.

These House Rules constitute an annex to the General Terms and Conditions of RoseHill Pilates (hereinafter: "GTC"). By confirming a booking, the Client accepts these House Rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Personal Scope

These House Rules apply to all visitors, clients, instructors, and other persons present at the studio.

1.2 Territorial Scope

These House Rules are also applicable in the studio's entrance area, changing room, and common areas.

1.3 Operating Hours

The studio's operating hours are announced on the official website (rosehillpilates.com) and in the booking system. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.

2. Class Rules

2.1 Booking and Cancellation

1.     Participation in classes requires prior booking. Registration takes place through our online platform (rosehillpilates.com).

2.     Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours before the class start time.

3.     In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit shall not be refunded.

2.2 Lateness

1.     Please arrive five to ten (5-10) minutes before the class start time.

2.     If you are late for a class, please join quietly without disturbing the group.

3.     Entry to a class is not permitted if lateness exceeds ten (10) minutes.

4.     Lateness does not extend the duration of the class.

3. Attire and Hygiene

3.1 Clothing

1.     Appropriate sportswear and non-slip pilates socks are recommended for classes.

2.     Close-fitting clothing facilitates the instructor's verification of proper exercise execution and enables correction of movements.

3.2 Hygiene

1.     Upon entering the studio, please remove your outdoor footwear and place it in the designated area.

2.     Please bring a towel to every class; unfortunately, we are unable to provide towels.

3.     All equipment, mats, and apparatus used must be cleaned with the disinfectant provided by the studio at the end of each class.

4. Equipment Use

1.     Equipment used during classes must be used for its intended purpose.

2.     The use of machines and equipment is directed by the instructor. Please always follow the instructor's directions.

3.     Machines may not be used independently without supervision.

4.     Any equipment damage or defect must be reported to the instructor immediately.

5. Health Requirements

1.     The studio's services may be used solely at the client's own risk.

2.     Please fully inform the instructor of any health conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, heart problems, injuries, pregnancy) and perform exercises during classes in accordance with your state of health.

3.     If you experience discomfort or pain during the class, notify the instructor immediately.

4.     In the event of any injury or accident, notify the instructor immediately.

6. Conduct Rules

1.     All clients are expected to treat others, as well as the studio's instructors and staff, with courtesy and respect.

2.     Please mute or switch off your mobile phone to ensure the class is not disrupted.

3.     Rude, offensive, harassing, or disrespectful behaviour is not permitted and may result in exclusion from the studio.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1 Valuables

The studio accepts no liability for valuables left on the premises. Valuables are brought at the client's own risk.

7.2 Lost Items

Lost or found items left in the studio will be retained for a maximum of fourteen (14) days, after which the studio will decide on their disposal.

8. Prohibitions

The following activities and items are PROHIBITED on the studio premises:

1.     smoking;

2.     consumption of alcohol;

3.     consumption of or abuse of drugs, prohibited doping substances, and narcotics;

4.     bringing any dangerous substances and/or objects (firearms, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnic devices);

5.     bringing animals (except guide dogs, assistance dogs, or therapy dogs);

6.     any activity that disturbs others with excessive noise, odour, or other environmental nuisance;

7.     commercial activities, advertising, or distribution of promotional materials without the studio's written permission;

8.     any activity that contravenes legislation or public morality.

9. CCTV System

1.     A CCTV system operates on the studio premises for the purposes of property protection and personal safety.

2.     One (1) camera operates in the studio, positioned above the fireplace, recording the entire pilates room.

3.     The camera does NOT record the changing room, toilet, or shower area.

4.     The retention period for recordings is seventy-two (72) hours, with automatic overwriting.

10. Emergencies

In case of an urgent emergency, the studio's rules must be followed, and the instructor or studio staff must be notified immediately.

In an emergency:

•       General emergency number: 112

•       Ambulance: 104

•       Fire service: 105

•       Police: 107

11. Final Provisions

1.     By registering for a class advertised by the studio, you automatically accept and acknowledge these House Rules.

2.     Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in refusal of service and exclusion from the studio.

3.     The studio reserves the right to amend these House Rules, which amendments will be published on the website (rosehillpilates.com).

4.     These House Rules shall be effective from 1 January 2026.
