Reformer Pilates
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a gentle yet effective method that strengthens and sculpts the body by targeting deep and stabilizing muscles, while emphasizing proper breathing and body awareness. It is ideal both as a rehabilitation aid and for injury prevention.
Strength, Posture, and Balance
Targeted core strengthening improves posture, reduces spinal strain, and can alleviate neck, shoulder, and back discomfort. Muscles become toned without excessive bulk.
Flexibility and Mobility
The exercises simultaneously strengthen and stretch, enhancing joint mobility, coordination, and overall balance.
Safe Support for Spine and Joint Health
Originally developed as a rehabilitative practice, Pilates uses controlled, low-impact movements that protect the joints while effectively strengthening stabilizing muscles around the spine. It is excellent for both prevention and post-rehabilitation, especially for those with sedentary lifestyles.
Personalized and Varied Training
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, joint-friendly practice, and the machines' adjustable resistance allows for fully personalized sessions. Classes are varied and incorporate functional equipment, ensuring that every workout remains engaging and dynamic.
Breathing and Mental Balance
Mindful breathing techniques help reduce stress, improve circulation, and support mental focus, making Pilates a practice that strengthens both body and mind.
Instructors
At our studio, you will work with a carefully selected team of Pilates instructors, each with their own style, personality and professional background. This diversity allows every client to find the instructor who best suits their individual needs.
Our instructors are fully dedicated Pilates professionals who are all STOTT certified, with extensive training and many years of experience. Working closely as a team, they ensure consistently high standards and thoughtful, precise teaching.
Pap Dorka
Physiotherapist

Exercise has always played an important role in my life, which is why I chose to become a physiotherapist. When I first tried Reformer Pilates, I knew right away that I wanted to do this alongside physical therapy, as I think the two complement each other very well. In my classes, I try to create a relaxed atmosphere. It is important to me that everyone enjoys their time doing physical activity and that the end of the workout leaves them feeling mentally refreshed.
Fináczy Panna
STOTT Pilates Instructor

I am a mat and reformer Pilates instructor, trained through the Merrithew STOTT Pilates program, where I developed a strong understanding in Pilates principles and mindful, correct movement patterns. For me, Pilates means physical and mental renewal, combined with continuous growth. My goal is to share this experience with as many people as possible. In my classes, I focus on proper technique while ensuring an enjoyable environment where everyone can feel comfortable and progress at their own pace.
Gabries Samia

In my classes, I help you build strength, shape your body, and escape from everyday life with safe yet dynamic exercises—whether you are a beginner or advanced. My goal is for you to leave the studio feeling more energized, balanced, and confident after every session. I look forward to welcoming you at Rosehill Pilates!
Varga-Visontai Szilvi
Dance teacher, STOTT Pilates Instructor

I completed STOTT Pilates courses in Budapest and London, and have been teaching reformer Pilates for six years and Yoga for ten years. My classes focus on improving flexibility and strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles. In addition to Pilates, I am a pole sport and aerial hoop competitor, an aerial arts instructor, and a modern dance teacher, allowing me to enrich my group reformer classes with experience from a wide range of physical activity.
Eylül Okay
Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Semmelweis University, movement and physical health have always been central to my work. I chose to teach Reformer Pilates because it is closely connected to rehabilitation and widely used to support various health conditions. In my classes, I focus on improving body awareness, building strength, and helping people move in a healthier way. Thanks to my physiotherapy background, I can safely guide clients with injuries and those in recovery by adapting the exercises to individual needs.
